300g Tender fresh green peas
4 medium-sized tomatoes
1 Large red onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 Tbs Vegetable oil
1 Tbs Ginger
1 Tbs Corriander powder
1 Tbs Tumeric
¼ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp Salt
- Chop the tomatoes and onions. Cook in pot without oil,
