Peas Curry

Ingredients

300g Tender fresh green peas

4 medium-sized tomatoes

1 Large red onion

4 cloves of garlic

2 Tbs Vegetable oil

1 Tbs Ginger

1 Tbs Corriander powder

1 Tbs Tumeric

¼ tsp cayenne

¼ tsp Salt

 

Preparation

  1. Chop the tomatoes and onions. Cook in pot without oil,

use a little water till tender and cooked and mashy.

  1. Add the lightly boiled peas (for 10 minutes only)into the

cooking pan.

3.Put all the spices into a container and add 50 ml of water

and mix.

  1. Simmer for two minutes.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
