4 Whole large irish potatoes
¼ tsp Ground nutmeg
¼ tsp Salt
4 Tbs Vegetable cooking oil
- Wash the potatoes clean.
- Slice the potatoes into fibe ½ cm thick.
- Mix the nutmeg, salt and oil. Poke the potatoes to a skewer and
apply the mixed nutmeg mixture using a brush.
- Put on a hot dry heat and allow to roast.
- Alternatively wrap the potato slices into a foil and allow to roast in
