Rosemary Tea

20 minutes • Serves 2-4

Relaxing and soothing!Rosemary Tea!


1 litre Boiling water

½ Tbs Cloves

¼ bunch Rosemary leaves

1 medium Lemon

2 Tbs Sugar/honey (optional)



  1. Pour the boiling hot water into a pot/sufuria
  2. Add the cloves.
  3. Allow to boil in very low heat for 15 minutes
  4. Add squeezed lemon juice and the rosemary to the boiled tea and cover for 10 minutes. Add sugar or honey if desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Rosemary is a common herb in our kitchen gardens and can be

easily grown as a potted plant.
