Sunset-cinnamon Tea

Relaxing and soothing!Sunset-cinnamon Tea!


1 litre Boiling water

1 Tbs Cinnamon sticks

1 medium Lemon

1 Tbs Sugar/honey (optional)


  1. Pour the boiling hot water into a pot/sufuria
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks. Either whole of broken into smaller pieces
  3. Allow to boil in very low heat for 15 minutes
  4. Squeeze the lemon and added to the boiled tea.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Cinnamon is a gentle ingredient which if abuse may be harsh!.

The cinnamon sticks have the essential oils only. It is has good digestive elements to aid a heavy meal thus making it a perfect evening tea. This will help to provide many juices that aid in digestion. Thus it will pay a wonderful role in ensuring the appetite is well stimulated in the process. So if one has bloated stomach or gas, then the cinnamon tea is a perfect.
